Section 2 of 4: Targeting

Who EXACTLY is your target market? Please tell us EVERYTHING you know about them (include the following: Location, Revenue, Company Size, Job Titles, Industry and Funding) *

Are the companies that you're targeting HIRING for any specific roles that would give us insight into their need for your offer? (e.g. hiring for salespeople, marketers, developers, a new CEO, etc.) *

Do your prospects use any specific technologies that we can base our targeting on? (e.g. Shopify if targeting ecommerce, Klaviyo if targeting email marketers, Google Analytics if targeting SEO agencies, Kajabi if targeting course creators, etc.) *

If you went on your ideal client's website, what words would you find on their webpage that could identify THEM? Please provide a list of these KEYWORDS (e.g. if your ideal client is a turmeric brand, good keywords would be things like "superfood", "vitamins", "wellbeing", "focus", "energy" etc.) *

Please give the URLs of 3 or more IDEAL CLIENTS that we can shape our targeting around. These can include current clients that are performing well with your products or services, as well as prospects in your pipeline. *

What are some PROBLEMS your ideal clients have that your services/products can solve for them? Please share at least 3-5 of these pain points. *

Section 3 of 4: Offer

What EXACTLY do you sell to your target market? Walk us through your main offer in as much detail as possible (explain all your deliverables - if you're an SEO agency for example, mention page speed audits, page optimisation, keyword research... everything you do for a client) *

Our scripting is QUESTION based. With that being said, are there any QUESTIONS you can think of that your prospects would respond to? (For instance, if you were cold calling a prospect, what questions would you want to ask them to qualify them, get their attention, or keep them on the phone?) *

What makes you UNIQUE compared to your competitors? What is your main USP? *

What can you present to clients as a UNIQUE ANGLE to get them on a conversation with you? In other words, what is something you can do, that if we mentioned in an email, would get your prospect's attention because they've never been approached with it before? (Example: if creative agency, your angle might be creating TikTok content as ad creative. Or, if Shopify optimiser, your angle might be using heat maps to track visitors in stores.) *

Outline 3 or more of your best CASE STUDIES. Use this framework: “Recently, we helped (company) get (result) in (timeframe) without (pain point)” (Example: “Recently we helped Manscaped double their revenue in 90 days without spending a penny on ads”) *

Do you have any GUARANTEES? Are you willing to give any guarantees? (Guarantees don't have to be money-back, and can also be conditional - e.g: "If you create 5 Shopify stores using our dropshipping course and get less than x amount, we'll give you 2 extra months for free") *

What do you sell to clients on the backend after getting your main offer? What do you sell to prospects that decline your main offer? Outline any UPSELLS or DOWNSELLS you may have. *
